Exhibition “Gestalter”
Artist Björn Holm, 24-27 of April
Björn (b 1963) has worked with sculpture in clay for a number of years, and is a member of the artists
association KB75 on Södermalm in Stockholm. He works usually with a model and performs sketches,
studies of expression, body, shapes, spaces and lines – with clay as the tool. At the center are the human
being, the naked body, posed objects, or still lifes – sculpted with strong expressions. His work are done
of stoneware clay, burnt clay patinated with linseed oil wax and color pigments.
